You agree to follow and obey all policies. These terms and policies can be changed at anytime (please keep up to date with them). Violation of these policies may result in the suspension or termination of your account. YasHost shall not be liable for any refunds, damages or data loss if your account is terminated for TOS violations. Please refer to this list of "do nots" for things that will void your support and management of your server

Abuse Policy and illegal content:
DDoS attacks or any other attacks launched from within our servers or against our servers will result in your account being terminated. What you cannot host are: No IRC or related processes. No cracked/pirated software, illegal mp3s, virus/trojans (nor can you link to it). No P2P programs (eg bitorrent). No illegal pornography (eg. kiddie porn) Any user in violation of this policy will have their site suspended and asked to remove it. Failure to do so will result in account termination.

Adult Material:
Dedicated server clients are allowed to host adult content as long as it is legal. If you wish to host an adult site on our virtual servers please inquire about our seperate adult network by emailing sales AT yashost.com .

Privacy Policy:
All client information is stored in our secure encrypted databases and is confidental. Passwords, emails, etc will never be sold to any third parties. In the case of a rare security risk/legal issue this policy maybe broken but only in extreme cases.

Refund Policy:
YasHost offers a 7 day unconditional money back guarantee on all dedicated servers. This however excludes all setup fees, administration fees and domain name registration fees.

Spam Policy:
YasHost does NOT condone spamming. If you're found to be spamming from our servers your account will be terminated ASAP. Anyone who knowingly and willingly violates this policy will be terminated with extreme prejudice and no refunds will be given. Sites repeatedly "spamvertised" are also not allowed to be hosted. Seems a little strict but we're very serious about our no-spamming policy.

Uptime Policy:
YasHost promises to have your website/server up 99.5% of the month. This excludes all scheduled maintance, reboots, self inflicted downtime, acts of god, backbone issues, DDoS, and hardware failures. Your account will be credited 5% of your bill per every 60 minutes your website is down. For accurate uptime monitoring please use a third party monitoring system.

Resource Usage Policy:
YasHost provides 100 MBPS ports for all servers, however anyone continually bursting over 30 MBPS for more than 2 hours will be warned. Repeated abuses will result in a $50 fine and a cap on the server in question. We try to provide the best speed possible but there are other customers on the switches and you should respect them by not repeatedly using all the available throughput and causing them problems.

Hardware Policy:
YasHost will replace free of charge any faulty hardware. In the event of self inflicted damage (backing up to main drive etc) you may be held liable for replacement parts and labour.

Modification:
YasHost reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its Terms of Service at any time without notice.
